  Expresso Jundiai exchanges electronic data on a large scale.EDI is being supplied to the government, authorities, suppliers, banks and mainly customers. EDI plays a leading operational role guaranteeing data integrity,speeding up processes and avoiding errors,resulting in significant benefits.
NEW SITEX  
  Expresso Jundiai’s new transport information system offers our staff an updated overall view of all the operational procedures.
This system was developed by making use of modern software solutions based on WINTEL-Windows carried software.
ERP  
  Microsiga Protheus  is the administrative and financial ERP which is being has been used by Expresso Jundiai for almost 10 years. With over 17 modules implemented it provides the administrative and financial management the necessary  data.Connected to the New Sitex,Microsiga Protheus receives the transport data input linking it to the data generated by the other systems.
VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH COMMUNICATION SYSTEM  
  Expresso Jundia's vehicles are equipped with modern technology (a dual functional equipment-radio and cell phone)enabling vehicles and
the base to communicate with each other,consequently speeding up pick-up and delivery resulting in higher efficiency.		  
SATELLITE  MONITORED VEHICLES  
 

Expresso Jundiai offers one of the best  Risk Management Systems within the transport segment,due to its use of satellites and GSM/GPRS
Cell phones.Around 400 vehicles are monitored 24 hours a day,7 days
a week.

  
REMOTE RELEASING  
  Remote Releasing was implemented to allow customers to follow in real time
all stages involving the transport of goods.Such achievement is a sum of three factors-vehicles equipped with the latest technology, the transport system and the WEB.		  
ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT  
 

Electronic Document Management speeds up the process maintaining a
high degree of confidentiality resulting in an efficient control and document management. Such technology reduces the amount of paper work as well as preserves existing natural resources.
SPED-PUBLIC DIGITAL ACCOUNTING  AND FISCAL
RECORDED SYSTEM		  
  The SPED was introduced in June 2009 to comply with the tax and fiscal
laws.This process made it possible to forward electronically the
accounting  data regarding the 2008 fiscal year.
ELECTRONIC BILL OF LANDING (Cte)  
 

To comply with both the State and Federal Governments determination Expresso Jundiai is prepared to implement its Electronic Bill of Landing (CTe),
which shall result in a higher operational level regarding security and integrity and as as result speed up and rationalize internal processes.
INTRANET

NO BREAK AND GENERATORS  
 

In order to offer both our staff and customers access to information 24 hours a day
7 days a week,no breaks-UPS have been installed in all of our Business Units and generators are available at both our headquarters and at Sao Paulo’s business unit.
